HBCU Times Apparel was founded by an SC State University alum and an Albany State University alum. HBCU Times Apparel (HBCU TA) is a premium HBCU clothing brand. HBCU TA seeks to provide clothing that connects the HBCU community , HBCU supporters and HBCU Allies. HBCU TA seeks to enhance the visibility and pride that individuals have for HBCUs.
